The Project
A multi-national telecommunications client looking to promote an employee-centric culture by reinventing their call center to boost employee engagement, maintain employee retention, and lower attrition.
The Work
ANDX transformed 160 workspaces with a combination of digital and décor assets to create a work environment that would be conducive to employee happiness and an exciting overall workplace.

Through dynamic digital display technology, ANDX was able to feature a full range of customized content that is easily managed from any location. Our client was able to create optimized customer engagement with trigger based, real-time content updates and featured products and services on screens that are based on current conditions.

Custom wall skins were installed across these workspaces to showcase the host city, company branding, and culture to create a more personalized and comfortable setting in their work location.

Throughout the duration of the contract, ANDX provided installation services and ongoing tech and break-fix.
