JOE MEEHAN
VP Sales Development

Joe has over 25 years of experience in customer support operations, call center technology and business development. Before joining AND Agency, Joe lead customersupport for Ring.com where he built world-class customer support utilizing internalteams, outsource partners, and advanced CCaaS technology. He has worked worldwide and managed contact centers in the Philippines, India, and the Caribbean. At AND Agency, Joe utilizes his experience to consult with prospective companies to designeffective customer interactions through our people, processes, and technology. Joe lives in California with his wife and daughter. He enjoys biking, golf, and walking his dogs.

LESLEY MOULAS
Vice President of Client Services

Prior to joining AND Agency, Lesley was Vice President of Client Experience at Greenwich Associates’ Customer Experience Management (CEM) division in Canada, where she was pivotal in strengthening relationships with our entire Canadian client base. She focused on developing the client-account management strategy and vision with a focus on optimizing client retention, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. She set up her team to consistently deliver high-quality CEM programs that always exceeded client expectations.

With 20 years of experience and a very broad and deep understanding of customer experience management, Lesley is the pinnacle of what true client service is. She is a Certified Net Promoter® Associate, CXPA-certified, and formally trained in the Six Sigma Black Belt methodology. She has an Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Law (with honors) as well as a postgrad certificate in Business Administration from York University.

When she’s not overachieving at work, she can be found rolling around on the floor with her daughter and experiencing the joys of parenthood.

DAN TENKHOFF
Chief Marketing Officer

Dan joins AND Agency from AT&T where he served as Director and Assistant VP of Product Marketing, leading in the Mobility and Integrated Offers lines of business. With 30 years of experience at AT&T, Dan has extensive experience in designing and marketing multi-faceted mobility, intelligent edge, and IOT integrated solutions.

As CMO, Dan is responsible for leading, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, while inspiring new product approaches and effective customer engagement to enable continued brand growth and expand lines of revenue.

Dan is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University and now resides in Frisco TX with his wife and 2 lovely children. His priorities have always been “faith and family,” he also enjoys coaching youth athletics, gaming with his kids and traveling with his family.

GREG HART
Chief Technology Officer

Before joining AND Agency, Greg Hart worked at Greenwich Associates as Senior Vice President of Client Solutions & Technology in the Customer Experience Management (CEM) division in Canada. His passion for programming and his natural ability to lead have allowed him to quickly build a successful career.

Greg is accountable for the agile-based Survey Programming and Data Analytics teams, as well as the Software Development and Information Technology teams. His teams focus on identifying, developing, and enhancing the core product offerings and all technology that delivers customer experience information to our clients. He is a graduate of St. Lawrence College, where he earned a diploma in Computer Engineering Technology, and he is our first certified Net Promoter® Associate.

When not in the office, Greg is always working towards his next home renovation project or spending time outdoors where he enjoys the peace and quiet of camping, fishing, and hiking.

JOHANN HO
Chief Financial Officer

Before Johann joined AND Agency, he worked at Greenwich Associates as Vice President of Finance in the Customer Experience Management (CEM) division in Canada. As a trusted member of the executive team, his responsibilities included overseeing the financial strategy, reporting, and analysis processes to support the division’s strategic business goals.

Johann has a broad range of financial expertise encompassing mergers and acquisitions; financial planning and reporting; treasury; and taxation. He has previously held senior financial roles at an investment company, a multinational mining company, and at KPMG LLP. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and a member of FEI Canada.

When Johann is not crunching numbers in the office, he can be found practicing his swing on the golf course or volunteering as a coach for his son’s baseball team.

KAREN BELL
Chief Human Resources Officer

Prior to joining AND Agency as Chief Human Resources Officer, Karen Bell was part of Greenwich Associates from 2013 to 2017 as Vice President of Human Resources in the Customer Experience Management (CEM) division in Canada. She was responsible for providing HR leadership and ensured that effective people strategies and programs were in place to support the achievement of the CEM’s strategic business goals.

During her career, Karen has gained over 20 years of progressive HR-management experience in the telecommunications, entertainment, professional services, healthcare, and retail sectors. Her positive demeanor and natural ability to bring out the best in people have allowed her to build businesses through innovative HR initiatives and develop leadership skills at all levels.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Brock University and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario.

In her other full-time role as mom of two teenage boys she spends most of her time cooking but steals some time to follow her passions for music and reading. Also, she volunteers her time at a not-for-profit organization aimed at providing educational services to children with autism.

DARREN TAIT
Chief Business Development Officer

Darren spent time running the client services team at AND agency before moving into his new business development role. He draws from that experience to make sure that when presenting solutions to new clients, they are innovative, customized to meet the need, cost effective and efficient. Prior to the launch of AND he gained extensive experience in Call Center and Marketing Operations in various roles with British Telecom and AT&T.

When he is not chasing new clients, Darren can be found supporting his three children in the performing arts, on the golf course or watching his beloved Manchester United!

ADAM KAMIENIAK
President & CEO

Adam is fascinated by the way things work and the potential of people’s concepts. Where others view circumstances in monotone, he sees them in color. He takes an intuitive approach to business, based on over a decade of global marketing and operations experience at AT&T, Conde Nast and RR Donnelley in the US, England and Switzerland. Adam leads his team by exuding mutual trust, an open dialogue and by embodying the spirit of innovation.

Adam earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an MBA in International Management from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Adam also serves as the Chairman of Polish American Association.  A human service agency which serves the diverse needs of the Polish community in the Chicago metro area by providing resources for changing lives. He lives in St. Charles a western suburb of Chicago with his wife Eva and his two sons, Michael and Paul and two dogs Winston and Maggie.

Chief Operations Officer

John is a strategic executive leader known for making it happen even during uncertain times. Prior to AND Agency, John spent over 25 years leading key transformation efforts at AT&T, including building industry leading call centers from the ground up, all in service to increasing customer and employee satisfaction while dramatically lowering operating costs. John thrives seeking new challenges where he can collaborate solutions seamlessly integrating people, process, and technology.

At home, John and his wife Diana enjoy sports with their two boys J.R. (John Robert) and Keaton with the company of the family dog, Nora.
